The equipment is divided into three sections:
1.Bubbling vegetable coarse washing section: Vegetables enter the manual selection section from the temporary storage area for preliminary selection. The purpose is to remove yellow leaves, rotten leaves, and other defective products; after the preliminary selection, they are manually fed and put into the hoist automatically The bubbling washing machine is used for rough washing, and during this process, it is washed by bubbling, spraying, surfing and so on many times;
2.Bubbling type vegetable fine washing section: After the rough washing, the vegetables are driven by the entire connected scraper to automatically enter the secondary cleaning, and they are also cleaned and sterilized by bubbling, spraying, surfing, etc., inside the water tank An ozone sterilization device is installed, which can be cleaned and sterilized at the same time. The cleaning equipment has its own circulating water device, and the inside of the water tank is circulating water. The water tank is equipped with its own water adding device, and the vegetables after the fine washing are connected to the washing and drying machine for air drying;
3. Air-drying section: After entering the air-drying machine, after repeated drying, the equipment can be connected to the workbench for timely packaging to ensure that the cleaned vegetables are clean and fresh.
